N 1 11: M PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF RICCI TO THE EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT Lot 9, Block 205 and a portion of Eastview Way as said Lot, Block and Way are shown on the map entitled "Estates of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Two ", filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on August 1, 1927 in Book 16 of Maps at pages 18 -21 and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 9, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Height Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 46942 passed and adopted on June 4, 1985; Thence from said Point of Beginning, North 2 0 53'20" West along the westerly line of said Lot and continuing along said district boundaries 158.99 feet to a point in the southerly line of said southerly line of said Eastview Way; Thence leaving said westerly line and continuing northwesterly along said southerly line and district boundary, 154.11 feet to an angle point in said district boundary, said point also being the northwesterly corner of Lot 11, Block 205 as shown on said map; Thence leaving said southerly line and district boundary, northeasterly, in a direct line, 50 feet more or less, crossing Eastview Way to a point in the northerly line of Eastview Way said point also being, the southwesterly comer of Parcel 1 as shown on the Parcel Map recorded in volume 5 of Parcel Maps at page 7, San Mateo County Recorder's Office, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 48456 passed and adopted on September 23, 1986; Thence in a general southeasterly and northeasterly direction along said northerly line and said district boundaries, 277.37 feet to the southeasterly comer of said Parcel 1 and an angle point in said district boundary; Thence leaving said southerly line and district boundaries, southeasterly along the southeasterly prolongation of the easterly line of said Parcel 1, 25 feet more or less to a point in the centerline of said Eastview Way and a point in the boundary of the Emerald Lake Hills Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 44822 passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence South 63 °12' West along said centerline and district boundary 78 feet more or less to the intersection thereof with the northwesterly prolongaton of the easterly line of said Lot 9; Thence South 27° 02'20" East along said prolongation and continuing along said district boundaries 138 feet more or less to the southeasterly corner of said lot 9; Thence leaving said district boundaries South 57 °07'30" West along the southerly line of Lot 9, 150 feet to the Point of Beginning.
