Nothing in this <br /> <br />Agreement alters any of the obligations of the parties under the Development <br /> <br />Agreement between the City and Owner dated November 7, 1996 and recorded in <br /> <br />the official records of San Mateo County on November 8, 1996 as Instrument No. <br /> <br />96138988.
