NOTICE OF COMPLETION (Public Work) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the public work hereinafter described was completed in the City of Redwood City on March 22, 1999. And that the public work above referred to is the following: ELECTRONIC ARTS SUBDIVISION That the name and address of the owner of the aforesaid public work is the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, P.O. Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is street construction, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, street lights, landscaping and all associated work. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Being a resubdivision of Lot B as shown on that Map entitled "SHORES CENTER UNIT 1" recorded in Volume 1 06 of Maps at pages 3 through 5; Of Parcel C and Lot C as shown on that map entitled "PARCEL MAP NO. 84-10" recorded in Volume 55 of Parcel Maps at pages 55 through 57; Of Lot 2 as shown on that map entitled "SHORES CENTER UNIT NO.2" recorded in Volume 112 of Maps at pages 20 through 22; Of Lot A, Lot 1, and Lot 2 as shown on that map entitled "SHORES CENTER UNIT NO.3" recorded in Volume 112 of Maps at pages 23 through 25.
