<br />Notwithstanding the provIsions of paragraph 8, below <br />("Amendments") the above specified hourly rate of compensation and the <br />percentage of overhead and administrative costs may be revised by City <br />from time to time during the term, or extended term, hereof. <br />City will provide S.M.C.N.T.F., on a monthly basis, copies of <br />invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and <br />related activities and costs for approval by S.M.C.N.T.F." <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not in conflict with the <br />provisions of this Amendment No. 5 will remain in full force and effect. In case of a <br />conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No.5, the <br />provisions of this Amendment NO.5 shall control. <br /> <br />3.
