<br />8. AMENDMENTS. Except as provided to the contrary in paragraph 4 <br /> <br />above, this agreement may be amended by Mitten agreement, approved and <br /> <br />executed by the parties in the same manner as this agreement. <br /> <br />9. APPLICABLE LAW. <br /> <br />This agreement, its interpretation and <br /> <br />enforcement, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. <br /> <br />10. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
