ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO.4 TO AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES (SAN MATEO COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE) This Amendment No.4 is entered into and effective as of the 2..."2..H"'day of ~\?~e- , 2006, amending the Agreement dated June 'm~ 1998 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and the SAN MATEO COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE ("S.M.C.N.T.F.") (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS A. On October 19, 1998, the Parties hereto entered into an Agreement for vehicle maintenance services, which Agreement sets forth the rights, responsibilities, duties and restrictions regarding vehicle maintenance. B. On June 12, 2000, and July 2, 2002 (respectively), by letters of same date to the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force, the Parties amended Section 4. Compensation; Costs; Revisions of said Agreement. C. On May 27, 2004, pursuant to Amendment No.3, the parties amended Section 4. Compensation; Costs; Revisions of said Aqreement. D. The Parties now wish to further amend Section 4. Compensation; Costs; Revisions of said Agreement to reflect current labor rates for maintenance and repair services. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. S.M.C.N.T.F. will pay City for all work associated with those services described in the Agreement at an adjusted rate of $106.21 per hour. City will provide S.M.C.N.T.F., on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by S.M.C.N.T.F.. 2.
