<br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />SAN MATEO COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD <br />RESOLUTION #06-11 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Board of Directors for its <br />consideration and acceptance, a proposal whereby: <br /> <br />City of Redwood City-Public Works Services Department submitted a proposal for agreement <br />amendment for vehicle maintenance services to the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force as stated in <br />the attached agreement effective July 3Td, 2006. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved the same as to both form and content and desires to <br />accept the agreement amendment as presented to the Board of Directors by the City of Redwood City- <br />Public Works Services Department. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered that the San Mateo County Narcotics <br />Task Force accept the agreement presented to the Board of Directors by the City of Redwood City- <br />Public Services Department. The Board of Directors therefore directs Commander Mark S.
