BOARD OF DIRECTORS SAN MATEO COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD RESOLUTION #06-11 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force, that WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Board of Directors for its consideration and acceptance, a proposal whereby: City of Redwood City-Public Works Services Department submitted a proposal for agreement amendment for vehicle maintenance services to the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force as stated in the attached agreement effective July 3Td, 2006. WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved the same as to both form and content and desires to accept the agreement amendment as presented to the Board of Directors by the City of Redwood City- Public Works Services Department. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered that the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force accept the agreement presented to the Board of Directors by the City of Redwood City- Public Services Department. The Board of Directors therefore directs Commander Mark S. Wyss to sign the agreement amendment for the vehicle maintenance services on behalf ofthe San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force.
