EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2000-1 <br />(PACIFIC SHORES PROJECT) <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA <br />SPECIAL ELECTION BALLOT <br />(Mailed - Ballot Election) <br />This ballot is for the use of Pacific Shores Development, LLC, a landowner owning land <br />within City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2000 -1 (Pacific Shores Project), <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, California. <br />According to the provisions of the Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, and <br />the resolutions of the City Council of the City of Redwood City, the above -named landowner is <br />entitled to cast 123 votes on this ballot. <br />In order to be counted, this ballot must be certified below and be returned, either by mail <br />or in person, before the end of the public hearing on April 24, 2000, to: <br />Patricia Howe, City Clerk <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Rd. <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Mailing by that date will not be sufficient.
