ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />13966 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF RWC TECHNOLOGY <br />STATION SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br />DEDICATE EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ORDERING VACATION OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 66499.20-1/2 OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA SUBDIVISION MAP ACT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1 . That certain final subdivision map (including dedication of easements described <br /> <br />therein and vacation of a portion of a public service easement) entitled, "RWC Technology <br /> <br />Station Subdivision", prepared by Kier and Wright, and the Improvement Plans prepared by Kier <br /> <br />and Wright, Consulting Civil Engineers and consultants for RWC Technology Station, LLC, a <br /> <br />California limited liability, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of RWC <br /> <br />Technology Station Subdivision", (form dated 07/25/00) wherein Owner, in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br /> <br />complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner <br /> <br />under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br /> <br />Reso-955 <br />f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />DES:djk <br />07/25/00 <br /> <br />13966 <br /> <br />I I11II11I11 IIIIII!I III 1111111 II! 1111111 III 111I1 1111 !II I <br /> <br />2000-102877 <br />08/21/2000 11 :42~ <br />R1 Page: 2 of 5 <br />
