<br />checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and all <br />other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for <br /> <br />payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and agrees that <br /> <br />the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for <br /> <br />the aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing by the City <br /> <br />Collector. <br /> <br />e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br /> <br />and property damage insurance as required by the above-described Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled, "RWC Technology Station Improvement Plans", as well <br /> <br />as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Engineer, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Improvement of RWC Technology Station Subdivision", (form dated <br /> <br />07/25/00), a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager and City Clerk .are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
