telecopy shall also be sent by overnight courier on the same day); or (iii) sent by certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, in which case they shall be deemed delivered on the date shown on the receipt unless delivery is refused by the addressee, in which event the notice shall be deemed delivered on the date of refusal of first presentation for delivery. The addresses and the addressees may be changed by giving notice of such change in the manner provided for in this Section 11. 12. Severability. In the event any portion of this Agreement shall be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such portion shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and the remaining parts of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, as fully as though such invalid, illegal or unenforceable portion had never been part of this Agreement.
