8/14/00 COpy RESOLUTION NO. 13g65 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TOWERS @ SHORES CENTER; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; SUMMARY VACATION OF PORTIONS OF EXISTING NON-ACCESS RESTRICTIONS AND RELINQUISHMENT OF NEW ACCESS RESTRICTIONS ON TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE AND ON REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE RIGHT OF WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES ON TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE AND ON REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Construction of Improvement - Towers @ Shores Center" (form dated 08/14/00RR), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and M. V. Golden State Towers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Ground Lessee"), and Spieker Properties, loP., a California limited partnership, as the owner of record in fee ("Fee Owner") of said real property located at 201,203, and 205 Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, California, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, subject to the following conditions: F: \shared\Redwood\Co u ncil\ Reso-954 FXS:ep 07/27100, 08/02/00R; 08/14/00RR .4 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 ~~~~~~ ~f: r~ 764
