<br />Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />SI6tL <br /> <br />DES:djk 08/04/99 <br /> <br />(028/66) <br /> <br />ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ~\~day of ~ . <br /> <br />1999 <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />CITY <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />( "City") <br /> <br />and AMY MARIE <br /> <br />MARTIN ("Owner"); <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner owns all that certain real property situate <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo, <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />more <br /> <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and <br /> <br />by this reference incorporated herein (the "Property); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Property is <br /> <br />located within City's <br /> <br />Sphere of <br /> <br />Influence <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />determined by the <br /> <br />San Mateo County Local Agency <br /> <br />Formation Commission pursuant to Government Code Section 54774; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. l3....lQl adopted August <br /> <br />23, <br /> <br />1999 by the Council of Redwood City consent was granted to <br /> <br />annexation of the Property to the Oak ~noll Sewer Maintenance <br /> <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as a condition to said consent to annexation to <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />District, <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />was <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />evidence <br /> <br />consent <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />annexation to City and waiver of protest to such annexation in <br /> <br />the event the Property was to be proposed for annexation to City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner desires to evidence such consent and waiver <br /> <br />as aforesaid; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; the Parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Consent. <br /> <br />In the event the Property shall be proposed <br /> <br />for an~exation to the City of Refwood City Owner hereby consents <br />. ,- <br /> <br />1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br /> <br />1999-176967 <br />10/22/1999 09:10A <br />AG Page: 2 of 18 <br />
