on "85" with the designation, "Description of 50-foot State Access Easement," and the Mayor and City Clerk arc hsreby authorized and directed to execute, and attest thereto, respectively, a grant of easement (in the form approved by the City Attorney) to the State of California as described in Exhibit "A5" and depicted in Exhibit "85", and upon delivery to the City Clerk of the grant deed and grant of easement described in paragraph 4 hereof, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to deliver to the State of California said grant of easement. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized end directed to accept, on behalf of the City, the grant deed and easement deed (in the form approved by the City Attorney) conveying to the City equivalent right-of-way and easement rights to those right-of-way and easements ordered vacated pursuant to paragraph 1 hereof, in and to all that certain real property described on Exhibits II A6" and II A 7" and depicted on "86" and "87" respectively with the designation, "Description of Portion to be Granted" and "Description of Access and Public Service Easement" hereof, attached hereto, and by this reference, incorporated herein. 4. Upon the acceptance of the grants described in paragraph 3 hereof, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record, or cause to be recorded, a certified copy of this resolution together with the aforesaid grants of right-of-way and easement pertaining thereto in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Mateo, California. .' . ;'.
