<br />DUPLICATE <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />5/17/99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13636 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUMMA~iL Y V A.'~A TING RIGHT -oF.WA Y ANn <br />EASEMENTS; DEDICATING ACCESS EASEMENT TO THE <br />STATE; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT THE <br />GRANT DEED AND GRANT OF EASEMENT DEED IN <br />EXCHANGE THEREFOR; AND TO FILE SAID GRANT DEED <br />AND THE EASEMENT DEED FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />(SHORES CENTER UNIT NO.2 SUBDIVISION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with <br /> <br />~8330), Part 3, Division 9 of the Stree'is anci Highways Code 01 the State: of <br /> <br />California, this Council may summarily vacate right-of-way and easerr~nts, if <br /> <br />such right-of-way and easements have been superseded by relocation and that <br /> <br />there are no other public facilities located within said right-of-way and <br /> <br />easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the right-of-way and easements as shown on Exhibits "A1" <br /> <br />through "A4" and "81" through "84" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, are no longer required for public uses provided that said <br /> <br />right-of-way and easements are relocated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is willing to dedbste a 50-foot access ea:sement as <br /> <br />described on Exhibit "AS" and depicted on Exhibit "85" hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br />and by the reference incorporated herein to the State of California; <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Owners of record of the properties affected thereby, <br /> <br />propose to convey to the City of Redwood City the grant deed and grant of <br /> <br />Reso-661 <br />FX5:djk <br />F: shared/redwood/council <br />05/07/99 <br /> <br />..' ..'
