That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: The public right-of-way of Twin Dolphin Drive beginning at the intersection of Twin Dolphin Drive and Redwood Shores Parkway to the easterly end of Twin Dolphin Drive.
