That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements described <br /> <br />therein) entitled, "Hope Court Subdivision", prepared by Macleod and Associates, Inc., Civil <br /> <br />Engineers and consultants for Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, Inc., the owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for <br /> <br />said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Hope <br /> <br />Court Subdivision", (form dated 07/07/99R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br /> <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> <br />regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> <br />furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a certificate of deposit securing the faithful <br /> <br />Reso-700 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:/S ha red/Redwood/Cou n eil <br />07/01/99, 07/06/99R, 07/07/99R <br />
