<br />COpy <br /> <br />11/23/98 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 13514 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF BAIR ISLAND <br />MARINA SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br />DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements described <br /> <br />therein) entitled, "Bair Island Marina Subdivision", prepared by Wilsey Ham, Civil Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, LP., a Delaware Limited Partnership, the owner <br /> <br />of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Manager, Engineering and <br /> <br />Construction, as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> <br /> <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Bair Island <br /> <br />Marina Subdivision", (form dated 09/21/98R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the <br /> <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions <br /> <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />Reso-504 <br />DES:djk <br />F :/s h aredIRedwoodlC 0 unci I <br />09/15/98 <br />09121/98R <br />
