<br /> <br />Owner under the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the provisions of <br /> <br />Paragraph 1 above. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />MONUMENTS. <br /> <br />All pipes and monuments shown on the subdivision map <br /> <br />hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or displaced during construction operations shall be <br /> <br />replaced by Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if any, hereunder by <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />It is agreed that title and ownership of all <br /> <br />Improvements constructed for the benefit of City hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in <br /> <br />City upon completion and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in this Agreement and <br /> <br />more specifically described in the plans and specifications herein referenced shall be subject to <br /> <br />the approval and acceptance by the Manager, Engineering and Construction before the release <br /> <br />Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", (c) those certain plans on file in the <br /> <br /> <br />of any security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that certain final map entitled, <br /> <br />"Bair Island Marina Subdivision", (b) those certain specifications entitled, "Supplemental <br /> <br />office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction entitled, "Plans for the Improvement of <br /> <br />Bair Island Marina Subdivision", and (d) those certain revised specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, for a more <br />particular description of the work and Improvements generally described in this Agreement. <br /> <br />Said final map, plans and specifications referenced in this paragraph are hereby incorporated <br /> <br />herein and made a part of this Agreement.
