<br />described, in accordance ...th, and as provided for in the plans ¡... ~pared for Owner by Lea & <br /> <br />Sung Engineering, Civil Engineers, entitled, "Improvement Plans - Partnership CourtyardS <br /> <br />Subdivision", as well as City's revised specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards for the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City" adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict <br /> <br />compliance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />subdivision regulations of said City. To the extent that a conflict exists between the plans and <br /> <br />specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the <br /> <br />stricter standard shall govern. Owner shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to time <br /> <br />extensions allowable under Paragraph 11, on or before June 26, 2002.
