<br />DES:djJr 12/05/97 <br /> <br />(019/72) <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, such policy shall contain the standard <br /> <br />form of cross liability or severability of interest endorsement. <br /> <br />Such <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />also <br /> <br />specifically <br /> <br />insure <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />contractual <br /> <br />liabili ty assumed by Owner under the terms of this Agreement, <br /> <br />including, <br /> <br />but not <br /> <br />limited <br /> <br />to, <br /> <br />the provisions <br /> <br />of Paragraph <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />above. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />MONUMENTS. <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />pipes <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />monuments <br /> <br />shown <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />subdivision map <br /> <br />hereinafter <br /> <br />referenced which <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />destroyed or <br /> <br />displaced during construction <br /> <br />operations <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />replaced by <br /> <br />Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if <br /> <br />any, hereunder by City. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />It is agreed that title and <br /> <br />ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br /> <br />7 . <br /> <br />WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. <br /> <br />All work provided <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br /> <br />hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br /> <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br />this Agreement and more specifically described in the plans and <br /> <br />specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the approval <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />acceptance <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Manager, <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />before the release of any security required herein. <br /> <br />Reference is <br /> <br />hereby made to <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />that certain final map entitled, <br /> <br />"Gossamer <br /> <br />Village - Unit No.2", <br /> <br />(b) those certain specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br /> <br />Improvements" and, <br /> <br />(c) those certain plans on file in the office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />þrlanager, <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />" Improvement Plans <br /> <br />- Gossamer Village <br /> <br />- Uni t No. <br /> <br />2" , <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />those certain revised specifications entitled "Engineering <br /> <br />6 <br />
