Brock & Sons, Inc., a Delawar~ <br /> <br />corporation doing business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />conforming <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />tentative <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Gossamer Village - Unit No.2", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />12/05/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br />
