<br />DES :d-"' <br /> <br />12/05/97 <br /> <br />(071/42) <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty" , <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />24, <br /> <br />1997, <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Manager, <br /> <br />Engineering and Construction are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above- <br /> <br />mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed Agreement between <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />enti tied II Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Gossamer Village - Unit No.2", <br /> <br />(form dated 12/05/97), a copy of <br /> <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is hereby made <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute, <br /> <br />and to attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br /> <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />13263 <br />
