<br />r CITY CLERK COpy <br />~ I ~ . , CITY HALL <br />e V if' 1017 :=.= IIWl <br />-ClftCAIaAESOLUTION NO. 13248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF VALOTA ESTATES, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />11/17/97 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements <br /> <br />described therein) entitled, "Va Iota Estates", prepared by Carroll Engineering, Civil Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants for Va Iota Road Partners, L TO., the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for <br /> <br /> <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br /> <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Valota <br /> <br />Estates", (form dated 11/7/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said <br /> <br />map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said <br /> <br />Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of <br /> <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, <br /> <br />and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said Agreement. <br /> <br />b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> <br />furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> <br />performance of said Owner of all work and construction of all improvements designated <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />Resolution.
