<br />e} Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br /> <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br /> <br />and property damage insurance as required by the above-described Agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans - Valota Estates", and those <br /> <br />certain specifications entitled "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br /> <br />Improvements", as well as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City", adopted February 24, 1997, which plans and specifications are on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved and <br /> <br />adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br /> <br />Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Valota Estates", (form dated 11/7/97), a copy <br /> <br />of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the herein described map are <br /> <br />hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />Resolution - Valota Estates <br />11f7197 <br />
