Concurrently with the recording of this Agreement, Flatirons has <br />conveyed to EAR, certain land located in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />described on Exhibit A attached hereto ("Parcel B"), and EAR has conveyed Parcel B to <br />Shorebreeze pursuant to that certain Agreement Regarding Transfer of Land between <br />Shorebreeze, EAR and Flatirons, dated as of ~ ~ 1997 (the "Transfer Agreement"). <br />June <br />B. Flatirons is the owner of certain real property located near to Parcel B, <br />described in Exhibit B attached hereto ("Flatirons' Property"). Shorebreeze owns <br />certain real property adjacent to Parcel B, described on Exhibit C hereto (the <br />"Shorebreeze Property"). <br /> <br />C.
