<br />DES:d;k 07/07/98 <br /> <br />\U\.J'o¡ "'J <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />13387 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION ~~P OF <br />CALIFORNIA MARINA, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF INPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "California <br /> <br />Marina" , <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Bri..n <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants for Kaufman and Broad - South Bay, Inc., a Californi.. <br /> <br />corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the rele..se of s..id fin..l map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />( "City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />t~e subdivision) of said subdivision sh..ll enter into and <br /> <br />execute th..t certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of C..lifornia M..rin..", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />07/07/98) <br /> <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said Agreement, <br /> <br />all improvements required of <br />
