<br />11. <br /> <br />Recordation. <br /> <br />This Second Amendment shall be recorded in the official records of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, California. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Successors and Assigns. <br /> <br />The covenants, agreements, terms and conditions contained in this Second <br /> <br />Amendment bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective <br /> <br />successors and assigns. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Counterparts. <br /> <br />This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts <br /> <br />and by different parties hereto on separate counterparts, each of which counterparts, <br /> <br />when executed and delivered, shall be deemed an original and all of which <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Entire Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />counterparts, taken together, shall constitute one and the same Amendment. <br /> <br />The Amended Development Agreement, and any exhibits attached thereto, <br /> <br />constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of <br /> <br />the Amended Development Agreement. The Amended Development Agreement <br /> <br />can be altered, amended or revoked only by an instrument in writing signed by the <br /> <br />parties.
