Circulation and Access

Vehicular
Redwood Shores Parkway is the primary street
addressing the Property, and all buildings can be
reached from Redwood Shores Parkway via two
major entries to the campus. The first entry, com-
ing from the west, provides visitor access and
parking to four of the six office buildings on the
site. The second is made possible by extending
Shoreline Drive from the present cul-de-.!>ac
through the Property to Redwood ShoreS-Parkway.
Aside from providing a second point of entry, this
extension also creates many opportunities for
internal connections within the campus, relieving a
concentration of traffic from the Redwood Shores
Parkway. A number of minor entries are also
included which feed into an internal network of
roads for employee vehicular circulation.

Pedestrian
The pedestrian pathway network has been
designed to link all buildings together with the
major perimeter street crossings. Walkways
extend the existing Redwood Shores pathway sys-
tem to all major crosswalks, to all new buildings,
to buildings outside site boundaries, to the pro-
posed shopping center, to the Pacific Athletic Club
to the south, to public paths that lead to Redwood
Shores Lagoon north of Shoreline Drive, and to
the Hotel Sofitel located at the intersection of
Twin Dolphin Drive and Shoreline Drive.

H- }O

8
