<br />Zone One Illustrative Plan <br /> <br />Zone One of the Development will consist of a six <br />story and an eight story office building; a parking <br />garage and parking lot; and a low-rise special pur- <br />pose accessory structure. In this Zone, common <br />area will be landscaped to connect the existing <br />common area to intersections and to the existing <br />water feature.
