4/24/00 <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and <br />execute all necessary and appropriate documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of one <br />(1) Spartan 1500 GPM Custom Pumper Fire Truck from Hi -Tech Fire Truck, Inc., <br />for a total cost of Three Hundred Twenty -eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty -two <br />and 15/100 Dollars ($328,452.15) pursuant to the Cooperative Purchase <br />Provision of the City of san Jose's Purchase Order No.OP21821 , a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br />2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of San Jose's Purchase <br />Order No. OP21821 is hereby waived. <br />3.
