Provide copies of the completed Sanitary: Sewer Overflow and Backup Response Plan and all related forms in a durable, field manual format (Rapid Response Field Kit) in a quantity to be specified by the CLIENT under the terms specified in FEE. FEE: Contractor shall provide services describedminl SCOPE ~çcording to the following fee schedule: 1. Plan development, which includes one master full-size hardcopy and one electronic copy on cd: $5,500 2. Sanitary sewer spills to the storm water collection system and San Francisco Bay procedures: $2,000 2. Each additional page added to the template Sanitary Sewer Overflow and Backup Response Plan: $100 3. Staff training on the completed Sanitary Sewer Overflow and Backup Response Plan: $1,200 4. Field copies of the completed manual and envelope/forms package: $150/Rapid Response Field Kit (1 set = 1 field manual plus 1 Backup Envelope Forms Packet and 1 SSO Envelope Forms Packet). 5. Full-size office copies = $75.00 each 6. Receiving Water Sampling Kits = $200 each 7. Reimbursable expenses not to exceed $400. Reimbursable expenses include administrative costs such as (but not limited to) postage, certificates of insurance, materials, and printing/reproduction costs. COMPENSATION: The CLIENT will be billed according to the following. All invoices are due upon receipt. 1. Plan: 60% due at submission of the drÇ!ft Plan, 40% due at delivery of the Final Plan 2.
