<br />COpy <br /> <br />11/17/97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13254 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A 10 FOOT WIDE <br />UNDERGROUND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN MARINA PARK <br />CENTER IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO PART <br />3 OF DIVISION 9, CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br />OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at §8300) <br /> <br />of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, by its Resolution No. 13222, adopted <br /> <br />October 27, 1997, declared its intention to vacate the hereinafter described <br /> <br />portion of a 10 foot wide underground public utility easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code, notice of intention to vacate the described portion of a 10 foot wide <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of vacating said portion of a <br /> <br /> <br />underground public utility easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />10 foot wide underground public utility easement has been held and evidence <br /> <br />thereon received; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1.
