<br />EXHIBIT "All <br /> <br />3rian Kangas foldk <br /> <br />:~~Ineers ' ;Jrvevors . ~¡anners <br /> <br />September 24. 1997 <br />BKF Job No,: 9701:5-07 <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION FOR <br />.-\ßÅ.l~DON:\IENT OF l~DERGROUND <br />PUBLIC L'TILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br />All of that real propeny siwate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California being a ponion of a 10- foot wide underground public utility easement as said easement <br />is shown on that certain map entitled "~A PARK CENTER" filed for record on March 22. <br />1982 in Volume 106 of Maps at pages 84 and 85 in the Office of the Recorder for the County of San <br />Mateo. State of California. the centerline of said easement being more particularly described as <br />follows: i <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most easterly comer of Lot 2 as said lot is shown on said map, said corner being <br />on the nonhwesterly line of Lot 4 as said lot is shown on said map; thence along said northwesterly <br />line being a curve to the right from which point an initial radial line bears South 46°31 '48" East. <br />having a radius of 20Q,OO feet. through a central angle of 5°24'51", an arc length of 18.90 feet to the <br />centerline of said easement: thence along said centerline the following four courses: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />South 46°40'22" East. a distance of 3,26 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />South 46°40'22" East. a distance of 45.87 feet: <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />South 4°20'00" East. a distance of 123,00 feet: <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />South 40(' -tv'ao" East. a distance of 40.00 feet to the tenninus of said easement. <br /> <br />Sidelines of said easement are 5.00 feet perpendicular to and parallel with said centerline and <br />terminate at points perpendicular to tht: beginn~ng and term.inus of said c~terline. <br /> <br />A plat showing the above described parcel is anached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />This description was prepared by me or under my direction in conformance with the requirements <br />of the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> <br /> <br />Dated: ~~ <br /> <br />It I S'ÐAI!.ftII.
