Q. 13221 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOSSAMER <br />VILLAGE - UNIT NO.1, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br /> <br />Village - Unit No. <br /> <br />1", <br /> <br />prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, consultants for M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., a Delaware <br /> <br />corporation doing business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, the <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />conforming <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />tentative <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subj ect to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Gossamer Village - Unit No.1", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />09/03/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br />
