<br />DES:éI-'lc 09/03/97 <br /> <br />(065/42) <br /> <br />Irrigation <br /> <br />Improvements", <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />well <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />revised <br /> <br />specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards <br /> <br />for the City of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City", <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />24, <br /> <br />1997, <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Manager, <br /> <br />Engineering and Construction are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above- <br /> <br />mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain proposed Agreement between <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Gossamer Village - Unit No.1", <br /> <br />(form dated 09/03/97), a copy of <br /> <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br /> <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />13221 <br />
