<br />~.r~ t:e- : <br />, ~\n/ CI_FJìK <br />(~\ï'/ ¡',\L\ <br />p-n 3~1 <br />1020 t,j¡iDDLEF\ELD I-{GAD <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064 <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br /> DES:d 1')6/10/97 (069/42) <br /> ~6/18/97R <br /> 6/23/97 <br />N O. 13115 <br /> <br />~§'§'Q.~!:!.!!Q.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOSSAMER <br />COVE, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br /> <br />Cove", <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Brian <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants for Ponderosa Homes, Inc., a California corporation, <br /> <br />the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> <br />the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />( "City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Gossamer Cove", (form dated 06/10/97) wherein <br /> <br />Owner, <br /> <br />in consideration for the approval of said map by <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time <br />
