Tum Suden Way) <br /> <br />Lot 24, Block 601 and a portion ofTum Suden Way (formerly called Park Way) as said Lot, <br />Block and Way are shown on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision No.6, <br />San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of <br />California on May 4, 1927, in Book 15 of Maps, at Pages 64, 65 and 66, and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of said Tum Suden Way with the northwesterly <br />corner of said Lot 24, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 47245 passed and adopted on August 27, <br />1985; Thence from said Point of Beginning. leaving said easterly line and in an easterly direction, <br />100 feet more or less along the northerly line of said Lot and said district boundaries to ffie <br />northeasterly corner thereof; Thence leaving said district boundari~ southerly -along the easterly <br />line of said Lot, 74 feet more or less to the southeasterly corner thereof; Thence westerly along <br />the southerly line of said Lot and its westerly prolongation 141 feet more or less, to a point in the <br />westerly line ofTum Suden Way, said point also being a point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District boundary as established by Resolution No. 47245 passed and adopted on <br />August 27, 1985; Thence in a general northerly direction along said westerly line and district <br />boundary 90 feet more or less to an angle in said district boundary; Thence leaving said district <br />boundary and continuing northerly along said westerly line ofTum Suden Way and its <br />northeasterly prolongation 450 feet more or less to the centerline of California Way as shown on <br />said map, said point also being a point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District <br />as established by Resolution No. 44822 passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence <br />southeasterly along said centerline and district boundary 25 feet more or less to the intersection <br />with the centerline ofTum Suden Way; Thence southwesterly along said centerline and district <br />boundaries 190 feet more or less to a point distant North 60° 06' West 25 feet from the most <br />northerly corner of Lot 21.
