Wilmington Way) Lot 8 and Lot 9, Block 509 and a portion of Wilmington Way as said Lot, Block and Way are shown on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake No.5, San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on January 19, 1927, in Book 15 of Maps at Pages 15 to 18 and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of Wilmington Way (52 feet in width) with the easterly corner of Parcel 2, as shown on the map entitled "Parcel Map No. 77-4 being a resubdivision of Lots 5, 6 and 7 in Block 509, Highlands of Emerald Lake No.5"; filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on March 29, 1977, in Book 36 of Parcel Maps at Page 1 said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 46464 passed and adopt,ed on January 8, 1985; Thence from said Po~nt of Beginning southwesterly along said district boundary 138 feet more or less to the southerly comer of Parcel 2 and an angle point in ..said district boundary; Thence leaving said district boundary southerly along the southwesterly line of said Lot 8, a distance of 32 feet more or less to the southwesterly comer of said Lot 8; Thence northeasterly along the general southerly lines of said Lot 8 and Lot 9 and its northeasterly prolongation to a point in the centerline of Wilmington Way, a distance of217 feet more or less, said point also being a point in the boundary of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, as established by Resolution No. 44822 on August 9, 1983; Thence in a general northerly and northwesterly direction along said centerline and district boundary 375 feet more or less to the centerline of Jefferson Avenue and an angle point in said district boundaries; Thence southwesterly along said centerline of Jefferson Avenue and continuing along said district boundaries 180 feet more or less to an angle point in said district boundaries; Thence leaving said district boundary and continuing along the centerline of Jefferson Avenue 20 feet more or less to the intersection of the northwesterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of Parcel 1 as shown on the certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 77-4 being a resubdivision of Lots 5,6 and 7 in Block 509, Highlands of Emerald Lake No.5", filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on March 29,1977, in Book 36 of Parcel Maps at Page 1; Thence southeasterly along said prolongation 30 feet more or less to the westerly comer of Parcel 1 and an angle point in the boundary of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 49042 passed and adopted on April 14, 1987; Thence northeasterly and southeasterly along said district boundaries and along the district boundaries as established by said Resolution No. 46464 a distance of 317 feet more or less to a point in the northwesterly line of said Lot 8 and the Point of Beginning.
