The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the County- of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 18 to Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. 5.
