<br /> DES:djk 01/23/97 (089/39) <br />CITY CLERK COpy <br />CITY HALL 2/10/97 <br />P.D BOX 35 i <br />1020 MIDDlEFIELD ROAD <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064& E SOL UTI 0 N N O. 12996 <br /> --------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF VENTANA <br />DEL MAR UNIT NO.2, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Ventana <br /> <br />Del Mar Unit No.2", prepared by Carlson, Barbee & Gibson, Inc., <br /> <br />Civil Engineers, consultants for Legacy - Redwood Shores L.P., a <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />limited partnership, <br /> <br />the owners <br /> <br />0 f record 0 f <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />( "City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Ventana Del Mar Unit No. <br /> <br />2", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />01/23/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements <br /> <br />required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />
