<br />DES:d~lr 02/04/97 <br /> <br />(063/42) <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those certain plans entitled "Electronic Arts Shoreline <br /> <br />Drive <br /> <br />Extension", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Civil/Landscape/ <br /> <br />Irrigation <br /> <br />Improvements", <br /> <br />as well <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br /> <br />16, <br /> <br />1991, <br /> <br />which plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed Agreement between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Electronic <br /> <br />Arts", <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />01/31/97) , <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty ~lanager <br /> <br />and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br /> <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br />
