ORIGINAL - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13875 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13585, AS <br />AMENDED, ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br />REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION <br />(RCMEA) TO PROVIDE FOR A SALARY ADJUSTMENT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13585, adopted March 22, 1999, as <br />amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 1.
