<br />DES:d;~ 01/24/97 <br /> <br />(029a/42) <br /> <br />Improvement of Lido Neighborhood Unit No. <br /> <br />4" , <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />01/24/97) wherein Owner, <br /> <br />in consideration for the approval <br /> <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said Agreement, <br /> <br />all improvements <br /> <br />required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />being <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />regulations <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />designated or mentioned in said Agreement. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />bond <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />securing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />faithful <br /> <br />performance of all work and construction of all improvements <br /> <br />Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($880,000.00) ; <br /> <br />and Owner shall <br /> <br /> <br />designated or mentioned in said Agreement, within the time <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />specified, <br /> <br />in the <br /> <br />amount of Eight Hundred Eighty <br /> <br />also furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a bond or <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />securing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />payment of <br /> <br />all bills <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />labor <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />materials incurred in the construction of any and all said <br /> <br />improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed <br /> <br />to be done by Owner, in the amount of Eight Hundred Eighty <br /> <br />Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($880,000.00). <br /> <br />Owner shall have <br /> <br />prepared complete <br /> <br />"as <br /> <br />built" <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />prior to the release of said bond or deposit. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Before the release of said improvement bonds by <br /> <br />Ci ty, Owner shall undertake to guarantee for one <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />year <br /> <br />2 <br />
