<br />DES:d-". 01/24/97 <br /> <br />(029a/42) <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those certain plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Lido Neighborhood Unit <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Mitigation <br /> <br />Channel", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Civil/Landscape/ <br /> <br />Irrigation Improvements", <br /> <br />as well as the City's <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted <br /> <br />December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed Agreement between <br /> <br />the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No.4", <br /> <br />(form dated 01/24/97), a copy of <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute, . and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br /> <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The assignment of Owner's rights, interests, duties and <br /> <br />obligation under this Agreement to M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., dba <br /> <br />Ryland <br /> <br />Homes <br /> <br />Bay <br /> <br />Area <br /> <br />Division <br /> <br />("Ryland" ) <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />subject to Ryland's execution of the Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No.4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br /> <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br />
