CA 9406\ E <br /> <br />DES:ò~~ 11/07/96 <br /> <br />(058/42) <br /> <br />copt <br /> <br />SOL UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12952 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF JEFFERSON <br />ESTATES, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Jefferson <br /> <br />Estatesll, <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Brian <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants for Windy Hill Associates, a California corporation, <br /> <br />the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> <br /> <br />by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />IIOwnerll <br /> <br />shall mean <br /> <br />the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Jefferson <br /> <br />Estates", <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />11/07/96) <br /> <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said Agreement, <br /> <br />all improvements required of <br /> <br />12952 <br />
