<br />DES:':!-\k 11/07/96 <br /> <br />(058/42) <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br /> <br />16, <br /> <br />1991, <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />proposed Agreement <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Jefferson <br /> <br />Estates", <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />11/07/96) , <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />lS <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements and right-of-way <br /> <br />shown upon the herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />12952 <br />
