<br />DES'~;k 08/08/96 <br /> <br />(031/42) <br /> <br />of San Mateø pursuant to the Capacity Agreement shall not be the <br /> <br />source of trea~ment capacity for the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />located in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL wArt as shown on the map entitled wPARCEL MAP 81-9" filed in Volume 53 of <br />Parcel Maps at Page 28 and 29 and a portion of Hillcrest Way as shown on the map entitled <br />wParkwood Estates" filed in Volume 116 of maps at Pages 74 and 75 and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southeast corner of said Parcel W A" and the northerly line <br />of Colton Court (a private street) as shown on said map; Thence from said Point of Beginning, <br />northeasterly along the northea.stedy prolongation of said northerly line, a distance of 25 feet <br />more or less to a point in the centerline of said Hillcrest Way, said point also being a point in <br />the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance Disttict as established by Res. #44822 passed <br />and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence northwesterly along said centerline and District <br />boundary 172 feet more or less to the intersection thereof with the southeasterly prolongation <br />of the northerly line of said parcel; Thence leaving said centerline and disttict boundary, <br />northwesterly along said prolongation and continuing along said northerly line 141 feet more <br />or less to the northwesterly corner of said parcel; Thence South û2° 41' 00"- East 184.65 feet; <br />Thence North 87° 33' 00" East 114.04 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />(A.P.N. 068-120-340) <br /> <br /> <br />4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that <br />certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Emerald <br /> <br />Lake <br /> <br />Heights <br /> <br />Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 22 to <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Sewage <br /> <br />Transmission; <br /> <br />Treatment <br /> <br />and Disposal <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Emerald <br /> <br />Lake <br /> <br />Heights <br /> <br />Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />3 <br />
