<br />DES:djk ()8/07/96 <br /> <br />(027/70) <br /> <br />subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval of <br /> <br />the tentative map for the subdivision, the parties hereto agree <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall, <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Owner's <br /> <br />own <br /> <br />cost <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expense, <br /> <br />construct <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />("Improvements") , <br /> <br />furnish <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />materials, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />work <br /> <br />hereinafter <br /> <br />described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans <br /> <br />prepared for Owner by Bohley Maley Associates, Consulting Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Lido Neighborhood Unit No. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />(0 <br />m <br /> <br />Improvements", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />in accordance with and as provided <br /> <br />for, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />N <br />c...) <br />Ul <br />(,.) <br />en <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br /> <br />Improvements", <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />well as City's specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards - <br /> <br />City of Redwood City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and <br /> <br />specification are on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance <br /> <br />wi th the provisions of Chapter <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, <br /> <br />the subdivision regulations of said City. <br /> <br />To the <br /> <br />extent <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />if <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />conflict <br /> <br />exists <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />particular <br /> <br />improvement, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />stricter <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />govern. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall complete <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />0 f the <br /> <br />Improvements, <br /> <br />subj ect to such <br /> <br />exceptions and time extensions allowable under paragraph 11, <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />or before September 16, 1998. The Improvements shall include, but <br /> <br />are not necessarily limited to, all of the following: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />grading, paving <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, bike paths <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system, complete, including sewer <br /> <br />2 <br />
