<br />DES:djk 08/07/96 <br /> <br />(027/70) <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />MONUMENTS. <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />pipes <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />monuments <br /> <br />shown <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />subdivision map hereinafter <br /> <br />re ferenced which <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />destroyed <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />displaced during <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />operations <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />replaced by <br /> <br />Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if <br /> <br />any, hereunder by City. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />It is agreed that title and <br /> <br />ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br /> <br />hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br /> <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br />7 . <br /> <br />WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. <br /> <br />All work provided <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />CD <br />OJ <br /> <br />specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the approval <br /> <br />N <br />L.,,) <br />Ul <br />(.) <br />m <br /> <br />this agreement and more specifically described in the plans and <br /> <br />and acceptance by the City Engineer before the release of any <br /> <br />security required herein. <br /> <br />Reference is hereby made to <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />certain final map entitled, "Lido Neighborhood Unit No.2", <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements" and, <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Lido <br /> <br />Neighborhood <br /> <br />Unit <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />Improvements", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br /> <br />16, <br /> <br />1991, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />a more <br /> <br />particular <br /> <br />description <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />work <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Improvements generally described in this agreement. <br /> <br />Said final <br /> <br />map, <br /> <br />plans and specifications referenced in this paragraph are <br /> <br />hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />Upon completion of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforementioned work, <br /> <br />and prior <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />release of any security required herein, Owner shall furnish City <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />complete <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />drawings <br /> <br />showing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />6 <br />
